Well, I have been listening to the Executive Session, and one thing is for sure - Harold Collins does not run a tight ship. Joe Brown just finished a 7 minute comment on the need for golf courses, for heaven's sake - 7 minutes of pure, repetitve blather. It is embarrassing to listen to some of these pinheads.
