Videographer Lacey Winters produced this video from today's city mayoral forum at the University of Memphis, sponsored by Associated Builders and Contractors. It was the first meeting of the prospective candidates in the expected race to succeed Mayor Willie Herenton. Some notables were missing, including A C Wharton, Myron Lowery and Jerry Lawler. And the field is sure to grow. But the forum provided a glimpse of what's to come.

The REAL candidates were missing, this was the "insane clown posse" waiting to continue to hold Memphis' progress hostage and split the votes.
Chumney, really? She didn't stand up and back her own resolutions with a vote even once. What a joke. Carpenter, really? Backed Willy to the hilt, biz az uzual with him, more corruption.
Whalum showed NO CLASS, like Herenton looked like a jealous little kid, no wonder that's how Memphians act, the leaders do.
